Realizing My Destiny

I feel like everything is coming together, like I am reaching a convergence point in the ever-forming tapestry that is my life. I just shazamed a song while I was watching the closing scene of the last episode of the Netflix TV series called "The Recruit". The song was "Rabbit In Your Headlights" by UNKLE featuring Thom Yorke. It felt like the pinnacle of music. The instrumental, the jazz fusion, vocals, mood and vibe set by the song all came together to provide me with this sensational experience that I can just describe as sheer bliss. It energised me and filled me with a calm, serene, yet vibrant zeal. I was just immediately so inspired and had to share the enthusiasm.

I know it's been a while since my last post. A lot's happened but I will fill you in soon. While browsing the web I discovered more interesting people online that I will link to eventually in the relevant section on the website. I feel so blessed and favoured. My heart is filled with satisfaction and this feeling of being on the right path. My path. I just found someone online who is at a similar stage in their learning journey to me and it was so uplifting and hopeful to see where they were in life, how they got there and where they are going next.

Reflecting on my own learning journey, I have matured, developed, fine-tuned, adapted and repeatedly innovated my learning process because there is always room for improvement. There is no monopoly of knowledge; I have managed to turn potential into power by learning from experience, and a kind friend, exactly how I learn. I am now reaping the benefits of this knowledge of how I learn by exploiting my strengths, talents and knacks and applying that creativity and innovation to new areas I learn about where I am not so knowledgeable on the topic. I know my learning style and workflow, so I can use this to my advantage whenever I am tasked with learning something new, which is all the time in the world we now live in.

That's all for tonight or this morning rather. Night owl here. Barely counting the hours when I'm inspired like this. Anyway, what I'll be doing for the next few months is "keeping it up" as they say in 9ja. I am going to continue with that steady focus, moving at my own pace like only I can. Aligning my physical and mental stamina to laser in on my goals and cross them off as they are accomplished. It's not about going fast or slow, it's about steadiness and stability. Pacing oneself so that you can vary your velocity or acceleration when need be. That flexibility is there when you have the self-control to harness your energy and direct it towards the things you want to achieve. If you have a destination you want to reach then set the finish line but also set multiple intermediate checkpoints along the journey to the finish line which map out your progression and trajectory to the goal. Breaking things down like this and celebrating at each checkpoint, these "small wins" is essential to reinforcing the right reactions, attitudes and habits. Leading to clearer vision, efficient use and command of energy, alignment of mind and body, overall wellbeing, happiness, fulfillment and prosperity. We are in perpetual bloom.
