Image
I came across Jeffrey's YouTube (YT) video on X while scrolling X before I started doing some chores. I played his video in the background when I started washing the dishes and listened to it all the way through. His tips actually seem tangible and accessible. They are quite solid and I wanted to share them for that reason. Someone in the comment section of his YouTube Video was kind enough to include a summary of the video which does it justice. The YT user's handle is @slushyslushy7777. I want to give credit where credit is due as I am just copy-pasting their summary here and that's the blog post. Watching the video is up to you. I say it's well worth the watch if even just for Jeffery's personality and refreshing communication style. It feels so naturally, like I'm having a conversation with him but I'm not saying anything. As if I'm listening to him. X Link:   https://x.com/theJayAlto/status/1882868980525957435 YouTube Link:   https://www.youtube.com...
